    Well we had a hail storm a few years back needed two new roofs for the body shop and the service department. We called on Darren and I'm thankful that he recommended the product that he did at that time i was skeptical and i was just wanting the metal roof that we had put back up and he reccommended this product and it turned out to be fantastic.

    On a project this big, you don't want to disturb your business and that's what I liked, I don't remember at all slowing us down at all or stopping our business. They came in and they were efficient. They knew what they were doing. They got in and out, they did the job, they did a nice job, kept everything neat and picked up, they were efficient.

    The last storm came through Midwest is very good at being that liason between us and our insurance company they came out, marked the roof and so when the insurance company came back they had it all marked out and it was very obvious that we needed a new roof and so they were very good in helping us work with her insurance company to get what we really needed to do.The crew that came were very hard workers that worked from sun up to sun down.

    The first time around, we took a we took bids for our roof. The second time that we had damage a couple of years later that we had damage, we didn't even bother taking extra bids. we just went right back with Midwest. They were easy to work with very personable, and they were a real good company to work with.

    October 2010, the hail storm came in and uh...pretty much devastated the roof of our commercial property here at We Are Kids and did some damage and I knew that I needed to get that fixed. I did some research, etc with Midwest Roofing. Then when it came to courtesy and professionalism, their liason, or their contact, his name is Kendall, and he came and was able to talk to me about what my needs were and make sure that you could meet my needs basically told me what was going on on a continuous basis so I knew what was going on step by step, always. The type of roofing that we put on was a TPO new style roof and they explained to me exactly how that works and how they attach that and it was very informative I didn't have to worry about it, I didn't have to overlook what they were doing, I was able to still do my business. They came in professionally and were able to do the roof and work on the roof without interfering or disturbing my daily operations at all.

    Last fall, we had the West and the Southwest area of Wichita hit by a large hail storm. We had large amounts of hail go through our west, predominately west side, of our terminal building and onto our west concourse and east concourses as well. The amount of damage we had was way more than anything that we could do in-house and I knew that to try and contact any roofing company the next day was going to be impossible, due to the large area of the storm. I made a call to Midwest Roofing late in the evening, and by the next next day, before noon, they had put together a large crew to come out to make repairs, and by the end of the day they had made the necessary repairs in the areas, the most critical areas we had. I was very impressed what they did to to get out here to take care of us. I just think that Midwest provides a a good service and they have good people and they provide quality work.
